What Is Bhoota Shuddhi?

 “Bhoota” means “element,” and “Shuddhi” means “purification.” According to yogic science, the human body is an intricate interplay of five elemental energies. Due to lifestyle habits, environmental influences, and emotional disturbances, these elements can become imbalanced or corrupted, leading to dis-ease and mental agitation.
